Will has been involved in design and production, for the past twenty-five years. He has helped many clients realise their ambitions to do things in a better or unusual way. This has involved designing and making large scale models of batteries for a client exhibition, production of Medicines for Children, the first-ever formulary for paediatric prescribing, branding a bespoke health insurance product and organising the launch.

Alison has been involved in healthcare communications for over thirty years and brings her experience of publishing, public relations and marketing into play to help clients reach their audiences in the most effective ways. For eighteen years she has been joint Managing Director of Chamberlain Dunn. Previous to this she was editor of Nursing Times and HSJ, and Director of Communications at the Royal College of Nursing, before setting up the RCN’s publishing company.

Business Development Manager

Developing business for Chamberlain Dunn has been Lauren’s passion for the last four years. She also handles the association management for the Healthcare People Management Association which keeps her up to date with the movers and shakers in the healthcare world. She combines this knowledge with her skills in e-marketing and website development to enhance membership interaction and sponsorship opportunities.

Editorial Manager

Judith is our editor, writer and project manager and has been working in journalism for 25 years for a variety of publications including Nursing Times, Nursing Standard, Practice Nurse and Hospital Doctor. She manages all our editorial content and tries to keep everyone’s spelling and grammar in line. Gardening, cycling and walking fill her time when she can escape from the office.

Production Manager and Designer

Simon is our creative man in the studio, with over 15 years of experience behind him in a wide variety of design and different market sectors. If you need a new identity, magazine or interactive presentation, to name but a few, he has the knowledge and skills to produce stunning designs. He says there is nothing better than seeing the positive reactions to his work and to top it off he’s being paid to do a job he loves.

Training Co-ordinator

Joy runs our Learning and Development brand, designed specifically for the NHS and public sector. She has worked for over 13 years across the whole portfolio of training and development, conferences and event management. She is currently responsible for managing our in-house training contracts and ensures excellent service delivery by creating close relationships with our clients.

Business Development Executive

Lee will probably be your first contact with Chamberlain Dunn. He has a passion for business development and is very keen to bring a new perspective to our commercial clients. Lee is the proud owner of an impossibly large Lego collection and claims to have watched Star Wars over 200 times.

Suzy Cook

Business Development Executive

Suzy works with Lee as a business development executive to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with contacts. This role revolves around good communication and that’s what she’s best at! She loves engagement and working with HR and OD professionals. Spare time is spent at the beach with her two children either body boarding or kayaking!

Rachael is responsible for keeping all of our events running smoothly. A fan of the great outdoors, Rachael can often be found on the beach or the South Downs at the weekend. Rachael loves to travel and has been to several exciting places –Peru, Bolivia, Russia and Krygyzstan to name a few!

Office Manager

Akvile is the office manager at Chamberlain Dunn. Her main job is the accounting aspects of the company, however, she is in charge of keeping the office running as well. The thing she loves most about her job is that every day is different.

Junior Designer

Cassia is the junior designer in the studio, managing projects and learning at the same time. She has a natural flair for illustration, and loves tackling each creative challenge with a sharp designer’s eye for layout and audience. She also loves to cook and has a passion for pasta that probably comes from her Italian roots! She enjoys going out for a stroll with her 35mm Pentax camera, or staying in with her four cats!
