The challenge

Astra Zeneca required an innovative and highly interactive stand to be designed at a medical conference to promote their influenza vaccine.

Our solution

With our creative partner, Hartnell Creative, we designed a stand featuring an old fashioned school at which participants could sit at desks and listen to a short ‘lesson’, delivered by a ‘teacher’, on influenza and its treatment. We also wrote and produced a short animated film to accompany the lesson and designed an old-style school exercise book for participants to fill in as the lesson progressed. At the end of the event, the participants received an apple from the teacher for their hard work! The event was a huge success attracting a lot of attention from delegates and securing over 200 leads for our client.

I just wanted to thank you for all the hard work that went into the ESPID stand. There were a number of hiccups along the way, but it was all worthwhile when the stand was up and running!  It was definitely the most engaging and innovative stand at the Congress!
