Overview

This prestigious event, now in its 26th year, is a glittering occasion held in London to celebrate the achievements of HR staff working in the NHS. With hundreds of entrants to the awards programme each year, this is the highlight of the Healthcare People Management Association’s year and has helped hundreds of HR staff to achieve recognition for their work and spread good practice throughout the NHS. The design for all events is undertaken by our in-house creative team from the branding and logos through to the trophies, event guides, table plans and a guide to all the winners. This year we created a brand new goody box which was kindly filled by our sponsors and supporters.

What we deliver

  • Organise registration for around 500 attendees
  • Maintain and run the website
  • Collate all award entries (up to 250), manage the shortlisting procedure and organise the judging day
  • Act as main point of call for all entries
  • Send out all invites to VIPs, judges, shortlisters etc
  • Act as main point of contact for all sponsors
  • Negotiate sponsor packages for different categories/awards ceremony
  • Organise venue, AV, entertainment, gift bags and source a host
